I had hoped that my difficulties in searching for a drum carder would pay off. And that my stubbornness would eventually lead to a drum carder at the right price. Boy was I right. The absolute most perfect drum carder at the right price fell into my lap!! Also the right brand to accompany my spinning wheel.
In addition to the wheel in perfect condition I received a doffer (to pull the wool freely off the drum), a clamp (along with a replacement clamp), as well as a doffer brush (to clean the drum). There also was an attachment that housed the tools. I could not be more pleased.
